I’ve examined fitness from many angles; as a newbie, athlete, and now in 2024, let’s keep it real, an overwhelmed professional over 30.

I believe Ultimate Wellness is to love and care for yourself in order to give you the best chance to succeed at all the many wonderful things you do for yourself AND others. It would be an honor to Coach UWell.

I know first hand how life can throw you a curveball that may affect your health. I spent the last few years learning how to make a sick person (me) well again. My knowledge of health and wellness combined with soul searching helped me become an even better health coach, because I experienced rebuilding my own fitness foundation.


I could tell you I hold a number of certifications, received an extensive science degree in studying the biology and physiology of human health and performance, or retell accounts of all the milestones I’ve helped my clients achieve since 2014, but nothing has prepared me to help you more than helping myself.


It’s very powerful when a coach has been where you are: tired, confused, and stuck in a vicious cycle desperate for change. Let me help you build up your Foundational Fitness so you can feel the impact of Living True Health which primes your body and mind with naturally satisfied hunger cues, experiencing peace of mind, proper rest, and unexplainable energy. Once you achieve Foundational Fitness, you will finally be naturally motivated to continue improvements without the burden of stressing your nervous system before the foundation is built.

I have been down 10 lbs since October, 2023. I am sleeping better than ever. I absolutely love relieving my stress at boxing class. I am finally nourishing my body and truly loving the process. I vow to coach you with integrity, practice what I preach, hold you accountable with care, and set you up to achieve whatever you set your mind to.
